New York Magazine holds that,
While President Obama certainly has an above-average sense of humor for a politician — easy-going, self-effacing, maybe a little corny at times — he’s not known as one of the planet’s foremost comedians.
If his sense of humor is above average for a politician, then they must be an exceedingly dull and humorless bunch of people. Nevertheless, New York magazine has discovered “photographic evidence … that Obama may, in fact, be the funniest person alive.”

Then again, the people surrounding Obama may not really be as obsequious and fawning as we suppose. It could be that instead of laughing with Obama, they are laughing at him.

Yes–the kind of nervous laugh a person gets when they realize that they are dealing with a pointy-haired boss who is completely clueless about what he is doing.
