This is really an exceptional photo of Mount Fuji from Muza-chan.
It was taken from the Sunshine 60 observatory in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. It is quite rare to be able to see Mount Fuji from downtown Tokyo given the near-constant haze. When I was growing up in the Tokyo suburbs in the 1970s, from my house I saw Mount Fuji at most only four or five times a year.
