I grew up humming the Winston theme song. I wonder how many people under the age of 50 have ever heard it? Not that I am that nostalgic for that era. While my friends and I regularly toked up on candy cigarettes because we thought smoking was cool, my father had a two pack a day habit of the real thing.
They may have been filtered, but he still died of lung cancer.
Now TV advertisements for cigarettes are illegal in most countries. Not all regulations are bad.
